We would be lying if we said we’re happy to say this, but the Giants have done it again! They beat the New York Mets in heroic fashion last night. After eight nail biting, no run innings, Conor Gillaspie hits a game-winning three-run homerun, which would also be the only runs in the game.
A flawless performance from Giants ace, Madison Bumgarner, and there you have it, they find their way back into the postseason. They will face our very own Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field tomorrow night.
Personally, we had hoped it would be the Mets, but we are still so excited to watch this team hopefully defeat the Giants. Not to mention, we will be broadcasting live from Wrigley Field all morning and we can’t wait!
