Let’s be honest, we were freaking out a little bit yesterday. We all knew the Cubs had to get the momentum back to keep this thing going. I’m sure the team felt a lot of pressure to win last night. Well, they tied the series and it all started in the 4th inning after a lead off bunt from Ben Zobrist. Whatever it takes, I guess! The fourth inning would also see a two-run homer from Addison Russell.
The offense was going through a small slump and they came back to life last night! Anthony Rizzo later would have a solo homerun in fifth to make it a 5-0 lead. Cue the Bryzzo Bromance!
Game five is tonight at Dodger Stadium. First pitch is 7:08 and we’re putting the positive thoughts out there again! By the way, Cubs could potentially clinch at home and that gives us all the feels!
